Tattoo Aftercare

Congratulations on your new tattoo! The next few weeks are about helping your skin heal properly so your piece stays clean, vibrant, and true!

1. REMOVE & CLEAN

After a few hours (as instructed), gently remove the wrap with clean hands.
Rinse the area with cold water and a fragrance-free antibacterial soap — nothing harsh or scented. ( gentle circles/ make sure tattoo is clean!)

Once tattoo is clean make sure to let it air dry for Aprox 30 mins ( avoid using paper towels or bath towels) they can carry bacteria!

2. Moisturize Lightly

Apply a thin layer of your recommended healing ointment — just enough to keep the skin slightly hydrated.

Too much product can trap moisture and slow down the healing process, so keep it light and consistent.

3. Daily Care

• Wash your tattoo twice a day — morning and night.

• Continue using ointment for the first 5 days, then switch to a fragrance-free lotion.

• Expect mild flaking or peeling as your skin renews. Do not scratch or pick; let it heal naturally.

4. What to Avoid

To protect your tattoo and keep it looking its best:

• Avoid heavy sweating or workouts for 3–4 days.

• Stay out of direct sunlight or tanning beds.

• Don’t soak your tattoo in pools, baths, or hot tubs.

• Avoid tight clothing or anything that rubs against the area.

    • Avoid eating pork during the healing process ( can promote infections )

5. Healing Process

Healing takes roughly 2–3 weeks, depending on your skin and the placement of the tattoo.

Once your skin feels smooth and fully settled, you can return to your normal skincare routine.

Remember — Protect your investment!

Please take these aftercare instructions seriously!

That way your tattoo can stay vibrant for years to come!
